To ensure that all products meet our customers' quality standards, we utilize advanced inspection equipment. For dimensional inspection, we employ a 2.5D projector, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), and 3D scanner to accurately assess product dimensions.
For functional testing, we have a range of specialized equipment, including plastic flow testers, pin push/pull force testers, wear testing machines, ball-drop test machines, salt mist test machines, and abrasion wear test machines. Our capabilities allow us to test various materials, including metal, plastic, plating, silkscreen, and printing.
